Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) rhizome extract 100mg from 400mg dry Actaea racemosa rhizome
Asparagus racemosus root extract 100mg from 600 mg dry Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root
Trifolium pratense flowering herb top extract 50mg from 200mg dry Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) herb top
Pine (Pinus radiata) bark extract 15mg from 1.5g Pinus radiata stem bark

Excipients:

Leucine, Hypromellose (Capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Maltodextrin (Corn), Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with or without food.

Precautions

Warning:

In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. 
If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
Avoid use during pregnancy and lactation.
