Ingredients

Aniseed (32.5%), sweet fennel seed (32.5%), cardamom pod (15%), licorice root, coriander seed, turmeric root.

Directions 

Bring water to the boil, add tea sachet and allow to infuse for at least five minutes. Can be served with or without milk, the choice is yours.
